Overview

This unit, Work Legally and Ethically, provides an exploration of the Australian legal system and ethical frameworks, aimed at enhancing your understanding and application of legal and ethical principles in a professional setting. You'll engage with modules that foster your ability to manage ethical dilemmas, understand the overlap between legal obligations and ethical responsibilities, and participate in continuous improvement practices within your organisation. By the end of this unit, you'll possess a firm understanding of both the legal and ethical landscapes and be equipped with practical skills to uphold integrity and make informed decisions in your professional life.
